Fuu - Wind
Rin - Forest
Ka - Fire
Zan - Mountain

I wanted to make some a Shinai bukuro that was related to something of the Sengoku period(1500`s in Japan). I was just watching the Akira Kurosawa`s movie "Kagemusha" (Shadow Warrior), I then got an idea to write down the famous old Chinese poem of
Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan, which Takeda Shingen loved and he used for one of his war flags. I also made the Takeda clan`s symbol and placed a pleated accent line in front.

Takeda Shingen`s favorite poem.

"Move as swift as a wind, stay as silent as forest, attack as fierce as fire, unmovable defence like a mountain."
